The technician that runs this store would have to be the best service given by anyone I have ever dealt with. Not only is his service excellent, he has very reasonable prices, he takes time to communicate well with his customers about the issue and explains it so you can understand. I would give this business 10 stars. I would high recommend IT Links Computers to anyone.

^ This other review is clearly someone who thinks time is free and doesn't realize the problem is with their network and not their PC. Bailin is pretty good and reasonably priced for a place away from a major city. I buy supplies there locally when I need them.

Dan was hired from a recommendation. He was easy to contact and came at short notice. When he came he knew what he was doing and sorted things out quickly. His charge is very fair and he obviously understands having long term business is superior to short term gain.

Told us to forward an email for a computer quote and then 4 days later, even after a phone call on the 3rd day, they (Phil) advised via email that they couldn't provide the quote as they are now no longer selling computers! Total waste of time.
