During an IT upgrade in 2014 the planning, preparation and support was second to none, with Future Computer’s staff liaising directly with our software vendors to ensure a smooth upgrade takes place, with as little disruption to the business as possible. Every step was tested thoroughly beforehand to ensure no surprises and the upgrade was a huge success. Any support issues on a daily basis are dealt with quickly and efficiently and the staff are always available to discuss any IT concerns.
