Great choice of products.

I had this man come to my house after I told him the modem was broken and would he get a replacement and install it for me. He arrived and started checking everything in setup for an hour and when I finally had had enough and got an old modem and showed him it was the modem that was the problem he wanted to leave.....he connected the fax line to the modem and said the problem was fixed once I showed him his error he became uncomfortable....I didnt think this person had the experience nor did he LISTEN to the client as to what was the problem for which he was called....for a no result hour it cost me $75
