Mundubbera Community Development Association Inc. is funded as neighbourhood centre and provides ongoing events, activities and support for a broad-cross section of the Burnett community. MCDA operates programs for family daycare, emergency relief, disability support, kindergarten transport, as well as various activity groups and information sessions and events. At MCDA, we are here for the Burnett community, regardless of age, gender and social and economic standing. Our outreach programs extend to Monto, Mt. Perry, Biggenden, Eidsvold and Gayndah.

The Burrum District Community Centre was officially opened in July 2000. We work in partnership with Community and Government to identify needs and develop innovative solutions, which improve quality of life for the people of the Burrum community.

At IWC (Indigenous Wellbeing Centre Ltd) we’re about more than just physical health. We’re about you. We understand that you’re more than just a name, a number, or a diagnosis. You’re a whole person with emotional, physical, intellectual, spiritual and environmental needs. That’s why we’ve developed and cultivated a wide range of services, programs and partnerships and housed them under the one roof in our purpose-built, regional community health and wellbeing centres. IWC is a not-for-profit, Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation and registered charity hosting services and partners which include, but are not limited to, Medical Practice (General Practice), Dental Practice, Other Medical Services, Physiotherapy (Pivot 21 Physiotherapy), Psychology and Counselling, Diet & Nutrition (Pivot 21 Dietetics), Other Allied Health Services, Gym, Midwife Services, Family Support and Home Care Services NDIS Local Area Coordination, Cultural and Community Services and Programs. IWC offers existing clients free transport to attend IWC appointments within a 7km radius of the IWC Health & Wellbeing Centre, and across the North Burnett. IWC is a registered charity and donations over $2 are tax-deductible.

Medical Transport is a community based service providing transport to local hospitals & specialist centres for clients without their own transport or inability to drive themselves.
