Smartre Property Management Underwood began as Johnson Real Estate Property Management in 2005 with Andrew Trim as the Founder. Other than one small purchase it has organically grown over a number of years to its current size of more than 900 properties under management. Smartre Property Management Underwood shares directors and resources with The Johnson Real Estate Group that currently operates seven sales offices across South-East Queensland. Beginning with a single office, The Johnson Real Estate Group has expanded to have offices in Wynnum Manly, Chermside, Ipswich, Forest Lake, Logan West and the Northern Gold Coast as well as maintaining the original Redlands office.
