John & Nadine are absolute professionals. From the first time I met with them, I felt they had sound knowledge, meticulous attention to detail & that they truly cared about me and a good outcome for my family as well. Their communication was always A1, and I felt confident & understood the process, whereas others just confused me & added to my anxiety.
