I thought the whole carpet on the top floor and stairs that lead to it were filthy and beyond repair or cleaning. I wanted to improve the situation anyway. Steve came in and cleaned everything with such attention to the small stains, and I was not even concerned about it. I will never use another carpet cleaning service.
