I was searching for my elderly mother-in-law in the Southern Highlands for a cleaner after losing her cleaner of 25 years. She was very particular and concerned to have new help after so many years with one person. I searched on many websites yet Done and Dusted stood out. Sharon is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with and was compassionate of my mother-in-law’s fragile situation of living on her own. All of her team were of the highest standards and could not be happier with their cleaning services and care. There was a reminder each fortnight, and if changes needed to be made due to circumstance nothing was ever an issue. Sadly, my mother-in-law has recently passed away, Sharon was so kind in offering help in any way possible. Thank you, Sharon, from the bottom of our family’s hearts and to all of your team who worked so meticulously and thoughtfully. I cannot speak highly enough of Sharon from Done and Dusted and her beautiful team. L.E.M.
I requested a one off clean for 3 hours in my home for $65 + gst/hour for 1 cleaner. I explained to the staff cleaner what I wanted for 3 hours cleaning. I knew the scope of cleaning was possible because we used to have a cleaner who did the job in 2 hours. I also do that amount of cleaning in 2 hours.
When 20 minutes was left, I realised she had been totally absorbed in the fine detail, but had not washed the kitchen floor and remaining benches, or vacuumed.
When I gave feedback to Adam, who owns Comfort Cleaning, that the taps were sparkling, but I was very disappointed that the job was incomplete due to poor time management, Adam was extremely defensive and didn't seem hear that for $65 per hour + gst, that I expected a professional cleaner to be able to scope out the amount work to be done within the time available. I did not care about sparkling taps but I did care that I had to mop the floors, wipe down the remaining benches and bathroom.
