These services are provided through several types of contractual arrangements, including lump-sum contracts or cost of work with guaranteed maximum price type contracts. Each contract and the services provided are tailored to meet the individual needs of the client. Here at GBH, we believe our most valuable asset is our highly trained, talented, and experienced staff. We take a lot of pride in being a team player and being a field-active contractor performing much of the work with our own labour force. Our personnel can perform concrete work, carpentry work, bricklaying, blockwork services, and all aspects of building and construction. Our owners manage and estimate all projects, giving you the confidence that we deliver what we say we can. Being a field-active contractor allows us to control costs, scheduling, and quality of every job.

IBC is run by David and Stuart Pennells and has been trading for 30 years. IBC mainly focus on the construction of Commercial building projects.
