Previous experience with this business was beyond exemplary. Sadly this weeks experience has changed my thoughts on this business.
After arranging a time to visit and inspect my fridge (under warranty), I received a call 3-4 hours earlier then planned expecting to be home in 15mins for the inspection. Due to this not being possible we rescheduled for another time. When this period passed without the Rep or a call, I contacted the office enquiring when the Rep would arrived. The Lady in the office was rude to me in the beginning which upset me. The schedule was changed and no one took the time to call me and reschedule. She continued to be rude and time me that they had more important Customers and that they were not able to service my needs as they were too busy to do so. After reporting the situation to my Fridge company, I was advised that the reason why this business was not willing to service my needs was that I was rude to her. All I asked for was five minutes of their time.
Peter has fixed my fridges and freezers for years and always gives helpful advice, quality repairs, reliable and prompt service. Peter has a lot of knowledge and cost-saving, innovative solutions to help me out which saves time and money. This is so valuable being a small business in the south Burnett!
