Highly recommended - you can't go past these guys! A big thank you to Brad and the team - they were prompt, showed up when they said they would (and on time!) - were EXTREMELY neat and tidy, cleaned up after themselves, and went above and beyond to get new air cons installed for us just prior to Christmas when we found ourselves with no air conditioning. These guys managed to install the whole house through, even when there were concerns about supplier issues just before Christmas! These guys pulled through for us big time, and we couldn't fault the whole transaction. We felt very looked after, and the team care about what they're doing. We highly recommend these guys to anyone - they won't let you down. Give Brad and the team a call - you won't be sorry.

We used Cairns Cool Air to install 2 aircon units in my apartment a few years ago. The service they provided was second to none. Approx after 5 months one of the aircons was not cooling properly and needed to be looked at, obviously was under warranty but the guys came out only a few days of calling and the problem was fixed. Thanks guys.

We have used MAE Refrigeration for the last 2 years and i can not speak highly enough of the great service Jason and the boys give. They have saved our bacon, literally at CASEY'S IGA SOUTHSIDE many times. They turn up on time, at odd hours if needed and are efficient in their job. Jason always does his best to keep costs down and affordable and is friendly, approachable and answers all my questions or concerns. These guys ARE THE BEST REFRIGERATION COMPANY IN CAIRNS BY FAR and we HAVE tried them all. I give them 10 stars as they are twice as good as the rest.
