I called Elliot and the Thermal Air team because my wife was b$tching and moaning about the AC not working. The Thermal Team cam to my rescue a day after I called them. They were prompt, professional and friendly lads diagnosing my AC (RIP) within 30 minutes. With mutual eye contact and a nod of the head, the boys ordered our new system and installed it the next week. The way these guys worked as a team was seamless. To my wife’s happiness they even cleaned up after themselves. Thanks Elliot and the entire Thermal Air team. Happy Wife. Happy Life.
Business owner the rudest, most unprofessional person & we were charged for a part that was never installed. Original call out to diagnose problem resulted in us being charged a $200 call out fee then had to pay further $198 as a 50% deposit for part to be ordered which we were fine with. Day came for installation of part & it was not needed as it did not fix problem. Was taken back out, packed up & returned to business however the technician while trying to again find fault broke the ducted aircon to the whole house as opposed to only 1 room not working! He had pulled wires out & spent hours playing around until finally saying he had no idea how to fix the problem he had created & wanted to pack up & go home! He then had a 2nd technician come out & within 40mins he fixed what the 1st technician had broken & air working in whole house. Business refused to refund $198 deposit paid for part that they have & said they lost $$ labour on job. This was there technicians fault. Unprofessional
I have had multiple good experiences with Deepchill.
They installed a unit in my parents-in-laws house last year and do yearly service on our A/C.
The customer service is always great and the boys are always quick and efficient and clean up after themselves!
