This is exactly the kind of trustworthy, capable and fair-priced local business you hope to find. Responding to our inquiry about a small split air conditioner for our bedroom, Mark Robertson of MCR carefully answered all our questions, first by email and phone, and then came to the house to check details and provide a firm (and very reasonable) cost estimate. Carefully planned, the installation went smoothly and on schedule, and while at the house Mark also serviced our main air conditioning unit. We are thoroughly pleased with the results and feel lucky to have found MCR.

Mark was recommended to us and from our first phone call, we felt he was interested in doing the 'right' job for us, as well as the 'best' job. He took time to listen to what we were looking for, and then gave valuable advice as we made product choices, planned the installation and set dates for the work. Mark and his team were terrific to work with. Their work was very professional and they constantly made time to check options with us and explain what was happening, throughout the installation. I phoned Nick from Innovative Air and made an appointment for him to come to our home to give us a quote for an aircon. Nick was right on time for the appointment! Nick listened to our wants and needs and offered suggestions. A week later Nick phoned me to follow up on the quote (other companies that we got quotes from did not!). I told Nick that we wanted to go ahead with his quote and from then until install he kept me up to date with the install date. On the day of install, Nick and his team were right on time, again! The install was quick and hassle free and we would highly recommend Nick and his team at Innovative Air for air conditioning quotes and installs.
