The Big Blue Barn features 3 bedrooms (2 open loft style), a nook room with bunk bed and single trundle, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath, potbelly fireplace and an absolutely enormous living space to be free to do whatever you please � featuring pool table, ping-pong table , bocce, tv/dvd player with movies and mini stereo (with ipod /aux cord). The Barn is most suited to 4 couples, 3 families, or 16 singles. There is room to welcome your last minute extra guests with their own bedding. Fantastic and safe for children of all ages, the Big Blue Barn is also pet & horse friendly. For accommodation with a delightfully quirky twist, the separate �Free Spirit� Love Bus with double bed, self-contained kitchen and bathroom will be soon be available on application. Perfectly situated in the heart of the Byron Shire, the Big Blue Barnyard is an easy 5 minute drive to the beach, to Mullumbimby or Brunswick Heads and 15 minutes to the centre of Byron Bay. We are 35 minutes from either Ballina or Coolangatta (Gold Coast) airport�Shuttle buses available from either airport to the Uncle Tom's Mullumbimby drop off point literally across the road from the property.
