Caldera Coffee is sourced from organic farms and roasted in the Byron Bay Hinterland. Our farm has a coffee roastery and our focus is on sourcing premium Arabica beans for our blends. I have been able to combine my love for coffee with my life-experience in the coffee industry. I feel fortunate that I can follow my passion for exploring the complex flavours of coffee while still being able to work side by side with my family.
