Over 12 years ago he went to Nicaragua in Central America and worked with a food chemist at the University of Managua to develop the best syrups for coffee which he now makes from Australian sugar. He's personally trained Darren to follow in his footsteps in the technique of making the perfect syrups for coffee, cocktails and cooking.
