Incredible work by Matt from Carpestology. My carpets and couch look like new again. He has great communication, he was respectful, on time and im genuinely grateful that he exceeded all my expectations. I will only use Carpestology in the future and i will be telling everyone i know as well. Thank you Matt you are so professional and knowledgeable and it was great meeting you. Candice

Had them come around for a small cockroach problem in the laundry area. Ben handled it pretty quickly and showed me where they were hiding behind a cabinet. Haven’t seen any since then. Straightforward job and no fuss on the day.

Had a small pest issue in the rental, and I wasn’t sure what it was at first. The fella who came out figured it out straight away and sorted it in one visit. He even checked the roof cavity without me asking. Nice to see someone actually take a bit of care with the job.

We didn’t realise how bad the infestation was until we moved a few boxes in the garage. Termites had already started munching through timber shelves. Called for Termite Control, and thankfully, Liam showed up the next morning. He was calm, professional, and didn’t push unnecessary treatments. Explained the process in plain English and got to work straight away. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. He checked under the house and surrounding fence lines too. The treatment was effective, and the follow-up advice on prevention was genuinely helpful. The value we got for the price paid? Definitely solid. I’ve dealt with overpriced pest services before, so this was a nice change. There’s been zero termite activity since. It’s the kind of experience you’d want from any trade. Honest work, no fluff. Would call them again without hesitation.

Pest are gone, thank you to the team who handled it so careful and no pets are harm during the work.
