We specialise in delivering evidence-based clinical psychological services. This means we primarily use interventions that have been shown as helpful in scientific research. We work with people to understand what has prompted their concerns, what maintains them and importantly, we teach people the skills they need to overcome them. Our first line approach is typically cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) as this has strong research support for helping people with common emotional concerns. Depending on what people choose to work on, we may complement this with mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches (for example acceptance and commitment therapy; ACT), schema therapy or dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) .

Dylan Furey is a competent and caring Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Accredited Exercise Scientist. Dylan’s experience began with obtaining a master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology (specialising in Rehabilitation). His extensive practical experience is obtained from working across many multidisciplinary areas; allied health clinics, public and private hospitals, specialist and sport doctor clinics.
