Troy was initially fantastic, great Pre build service. Unfortunately as the build went on Troy became uninterested. Which also meant we had many issue occur from incorrect tile layouts and bad workmanship, to incorrect kitchen cabinets being installed, finishes not being up to a high standard. Issues also continued after completion where Troy and his contractors were extremely unpleasant towards us. Very unwilling to take responsibility and fix issues which they had created themselves such as a flooding bathroom floor due to incorrect plumbing being connected. Such a disappointment as Troy was fantastic to deal with initially.
