The service and response was exceptional as well as the communication throughout the repair process. This company is absolutely awful. I waited twice for one of their pool technicians to attend who never showed and one was supposedly the manager who would attend after work and not even a courtesy call to say they couldn't come. I had 3 visits to fix my green pool and 4 days on it was still as green as ever and had received no treatments at all. If you're looking for efficiency and reliability, go elsewhere.
