Scott was so friendly both over the phone and in person. His knowledge and expertise went over and above, showing us better ways of lighting the fire, maintaining it etc he certainly knows what he’s talking about and he was thorough, cleaned up and most importantly, made our fireplace as good as new!

Emailed a query re spare parts in the morning and received a phone call in the afternoon ! Couldn't ask for better than that and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable !
