John Waring and Associates is a private clinical psychology practice that has specialised in assisting children, teenagers and their families for over 25 years. Established in 1997 we have two offices located at Lakelands (near Warners Bay) and East Maitland.

Stepping Stones Therapy for Children offers a comprehensive assessment and treatment service for babies, toddlers and children. Depending on your child's specific needs, therapy may be delivered in our clinic, at your home, at preschool/school, and/or in groups. Treatment programs will be tailored to meet your child's individual needs. Michelle Santarelli has been working as a speech and language Pathologist since graduating from Newcastle University in 2004. Michelle has a passion for helping children with speech, language and literacy difficulties. Michelle has worked in an extensive variety of services over the years including community health settings, early intervention centres, preschools, school settings, hospitals and finally in private practice. Throughout this time, Michelle has undertaken extensive post graduate training in the areas of Autism Spectrum Disorder, early language stimulation, literacy intervention and learning disorders.

Hello Rainbow is a multi disciplinary service offering speech and occupational therapy in an early intervention environment for children. Hello Rainbow offers a mobile service, enabling therapy in your home. Most children are comfortable and receptive in their home environment. This often means that they’re in a great frame of mind to bond with our therapists and engage in meaningful play and communication. We are a neuro-affirming practice. This means that we strongly believe that all children view and communicate with the world around them differently. These differences are not deficits, or something that needs to be fixed. Singleton Doctors is a well established practice that has been in Singleton for nearly 8 years. Dr. Akram recently purchased the business and is looking forward to further developing the practice in the future. We are conveniently located on the outside of the Singleton Square Shopping Complex (accessible from John Street) and open 7 days a week. For your convenience we offer an online appointment booking system and provide access to both female and male GP’s.
