The therapeutic interventions I offer are personalised, based on my intuitive and evidence-based application of approaches drawn from cognitive behavioural therapy, dyadic developmental psychotherapy, emotion coaching, narrative therapy, play therapy and mindfulness. Your concerns may relate to diagnosis or major mental illness, or to individual issues which are causing distress. Thoughtful and compassionate support makes the biggest difference.
