My name is Amanda Hicks and I am an Accredited Social Worker, Disability Advocate, Educator and Lecturer. My passion is in working with children and adolescents who are experiencing the challenges of life, be it due to learning difficulties, trauma, anxiety or behaviour. My team and I support children and adolescents with NDIS Support Coordination. I lead a team of tertiary qualified Social Workers who specialise in the NDIS and disabilty. This means that families have access to specialist Social Workers with extensive knowledge and expertise in disability, assessment and case management.

About
Matilda Mandic is a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience, specialising in children, adolescents and families. She is experienced in assessment, diagnosis and the treatment of a wide range of clinical psychology issues (including developmental, behavioural and emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, attentional problems, autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disability, learning difficulties and trauma). The Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) framework is tailored to the meet the unique needs of each indidividual client ensuring the best fit possible. She works collaboratively with clients using evidence based practice. Matilda works to ensure that each client is supported adequately to: *manage their presenting problem in the most effective manner, *ensure they are provided with strategies, increase their independence, coping and confidence in self, and *recognise signs to support prevention of further escalation. A wide range of assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic services are available to address a range of personal and/or mental health issues aiming to improve the client’s general wellbeing. Matilda provides a friendly, reliable, and supportive service that caters to the needs of this special client base. Services are provided from birth to 25 years of age, assisting them through life’s hurdles and key developmental periods.
