Pied Piper Preschool first opened over 50 years ago, and has been an important and much-loved part of the Wallerawang community ever since. We’ve been in our current lovely building (which was constructed by the community) since 1991, with the playground undergoing a wonderful renovation in 2013. The preschool sits atop the hill in Wallerawang, with fantastic views over Lake Wallace (Wang Dam). We provide high quality preschool education for children aged 3-5 years. We also provide a 2 year old session for younger children on Friday mornings. We follow the Australian Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) which has learning through play and relationships at its foundation. We believe that children should be able to be children, with opportunities to explore, discover and understand the world around them, and to communicate, imagine and create. These things are at the very heart of a Pied Piper day.

Welcome to Thirlmere Pegasus Education Center! Our education centre strives to be the child’s new learning environment. Our highly compassionate child educators are determined to give your child the best care and early education it needs to develop its brain. We even develop a close working relationship with the entire family to give you less stress in your child’s transition from home to our children’s daycare centre will be smooth, stress-free, crying-free and exciting. Sometimes we advise parents to spend some time with their kids to help them settle in during the transition period. As they feel more stress-free after spending time with their family before enrolling on our early childhood education program. To make the most of the time that your kid will spend at our early education centre, we plan to provide quality education to your child in the most settling environment to foster intellectual, social, emotional, cultural, and physical growth. Our programme is designed weekly and involves staff observation of the child, getting the best out of the kid, and providing the necessary feedback to expedite the process of child development as part of the childhood education program. Our early childhood education schools are authorised by the community service department to care for up to 39 children per day, and we have assembled some highly caring educators to manage our early childhood education program. And, on top of that, we have our schools fully air-conditioned, so the child doesn’t feel uneasy during our summer sessions.
