Alice Springs Family Day Care Inc is a community based not for profit organisation, supported and funded by the Department of Education Employment and Workplace Relations. The organisation is governed by the NT legislation, the new Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Quality Framework, ensuring the very best standard of care. Educators earn an income by providing care in their own homes for small groups of children and are supported by the Coordination Unit. The Coordination Unit assists families and Educators with placement of children, provides training and resources to Educators, and information to families who use the service.
