overcharged in comparison to other mechanics, only completed part of the work, damaged my bike and then made out it didn’t matter as it had other scratches. Damage was at waist height, like someone bumped into the tank walking past with tool in hand or something. Also left a 500 deposit on 2k worth of work and asked if it was enough to get the parts ordered then 2 weeks later I called to see if the parts had arrived and was told they weren’t ordered. Was also told they took the forks apart to check if they were leaking, they didn’t and another mechanic told me that’s ridiculous and not how they check. All in all roughly 6weeks and $350 to do a head stem bearing.
Unlike some companies where it's sell and forget the people at Mowers & More care and will keep your tools going for years after you bought them and the warranty expired. What's cheap when you have to pay to replace rather than service your tools sooner than necessary. I've bought a mower and chainsaw from Mowers & More and their service is great. Even years later they go that extra bit above and beyond.
