Yeah- I initially was using their website email, I’ve already mentioned this to them, why I ended using this email function.
Before any more explanation my query has been resolved v/ efficiently, could say almost instantly- through emails.
My only concern is the fault I have already alluded to.
I am still unaware of which method our correspondence occurred.
This system of email initiation or their own website- their ability to reply to which ever email system- was in my inbox early Monday morning, that’s like obviously starting work b4 business hours-.
Purchased a brand new mower a couple of weeks ago. Friendly and helpful staff. They offered a post purchase service which is something you most definitely would not get buying from a department stores. I would definitely recommend this local family business - 5 star!!!
Dealt with the the lady who in no uncertain terms let me know she was the owner.It really turned me off doing any sort of business in the future. Arrogant , unfriendly and no respect for customers. Makes me wonder ?
