As a Deathwalker, a Celebrant and an educator I have been fortunate to be at the forefront of reclaiming dying, death, body care and ceremony back into our own hands and hearts for over 30 years, having worked with dying people and their families and friends, individuals and communities to help them achieve a more holistic and beneficial approach. Zenith Virago is an Australian celebrant and deathwalker known for her work in the fields of death, dying, and natural burials. She is a passionate advocate for empowering individuals and communities to have more meaningful and conscious engagements with death and the dying process. Zenith has dedicated her life to providing guidance, support, and education to help people navigate the complexities of death and make informed choices about end-of-life care, funeral arrangements, and natural burial options.

I am a Commonwealth Registered Civil Marriage Celebrant. I like to work with you to create a unique and memorable ceremony that reflects who you are. Whether it is a marriage ceremony, a baby naming, a renewal of vows, a commitment ceremony; a business launch, a special anniversary- whatever your celebration, I would be priveleged to assist you in creating and presenting it for you. This celebration, above all, is about what you want. The possibilities are endless. I am located in the Northern Rivers region of NSW, but have often travelled as far as Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, and down as far as Grafton. I provide my clients with individualised service at a very competitive rate. For marriage ceremonies, I include an initial meeting, a resource folder with an agreement form, as well as many examples of ceremony content, my legal obligations and what is required legally of you; the creation of the ceremony (usually via email and phone calls), a rehearsal, all the legal documentation provided, explained and lodged for you; a PA system which you are also welcome to use for playing any music you like during the ceremony; and a presentation folder for you to keep which contains a copy of your ceremony.
