I met Jason regarding updating our complex CCTV system. He was to forward a quotation for this updating. Unfortunately this did not arrive despite my two follow up emails requesting same. Bad customer service in my opinion.

Mick came very quickly to rectify our wiring problem and set up and tested our modem for connection to NBN which is now working fine. Her gave us excellent advice as to terminology when speaking to the NBN tech to ensure that they got their part of the process right, which they did! The quality of his work was praised by the NBN tech when he completed the connection process to the network. He is a nice bloke, and a consummate pro and did a very tidy and efficient job. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing data and telecomms cabling services.

Just can't fault these guys. Equipment is first rate with neat and tidy installation and they ensure you understand the software they install.

Today I was at Officeworks Maroochydore struggling to put 12 large containers into the back of my car. It was not Officeworks staff that helped but an employee of Advantage Communications and Electrical, who had obviously just finished his own hard day at work but did not think twice about assisting me. I was not his customer but he found the time to help another human being. It goes without saying that if this is moral integrity of Advantage Communications and Electrical staff out of hours, then their professional conduct would be nothing less than impeccable.
