I have dealt with Wollongong City Security for just over 5 years now, I had security systems and monitoring installed in my home and commercial premises. Anytime we have had a breach, the service team are always straight on the phones to alert me. I have the technical staff to be very helpful as well. The team are amazing with their response time. We recently had an issue with our dogs setting off the alarm, so the team came out installed the pet friendly detectors at no extra charge and our problem was solved. Highly recommended for their customer service and work ethic.

Going with an international company can always be tricky as you can get lost in the system so to speak, however these guys were amazing when installing the security system.
