Sapphire Catering is located at The University of Newcastle on the Callaghan campus (20 minutes from the city centre), situated on 140 hectares of magnificent natural bush land and is easily accessible from the freeway. We feature a rage of meeting, event and conference facilities, hosting between 10 and 1200 delegates making it the perfect venue for any event you may have. Our premium in-house caterers offer a range of exquisite menus which change seasonally.
