We also grow some of the veggies we use such as leeks and spinach and edible flowers we decorate our sweets with in our raised garden beds and our greenhouse. The Zambrero story starts with its Founder, Dr. Sam Prince, one of Australia’s most successful entrepreneurs and philanthropists.
