We have been disillusioned by tradesman these last few years however Lex has redeemed our faith in good old fashioned service, professionalism, fair pricing and quality of workmanship. We had fly screens installed when we built our house over 10 years ago and they were hopeless right from the start. Less than a year ago we felt we had enough of the screeching of the screens on the tracks, how easi,y the doors fell off the tracks and the fact that flies and insects would easily fly in and out in large numbers. We had them replaced for a substantial amount of money. As it turned out, they were exactly the same as the ones we were replacing and all that we had achieved was to be thousands of dollars out of pocket. Frustrated, we rang Lex but this time we had found someone who knew how to offer a top class product, with top class service and we will certainly be recommending Lex with absolutely no hesitation.

He came, got me inside my unit and was gone in such a short timeframe that I didn’t even catch his name! Locked out of my unit at 10am on a Sunday morning, I'd never had to hire anyone for this before, my place was impenetrable. I didn't even know what they could do, what was possible; who the heck was going to be available on a Sunday morning and what small fortune is it gonna cost? He arrived in 45 minutes, got me inside in 2, and cost 100 bucks. He vastly exceeded my expectations and cost a fraction of what I was expecting (and had a machine I could just tap my card on). Nice, kind bloke too. If you find yourself in this stressful as heck position, don't break anything! Call Guardian, find a cool place to sit, take some deep breaths, you'll be home before you know it.

I have one word. Amazing. And now I'll expand on that for those who want more detail. Marc is a genuine human being who not only knows his craft and does a wonderful job, he will see the job through to the very end, going over and above the call of duty and then some more, in order to make sure that the job he has done is first class. After an unfortunate incident with my 21 year old car, this man went out of his way to help me when I was in a difficult situation and invested his time and money into making sure the job was seen through to the end. I am blown away by the level of customer care. It still exists today in a few businesses, and this is one of them. Thank you Marc Resnick.
