The care at this Vet Clinic is second to none! We have been going to this practice for a number of years and the environment is caring and warm. Vet, Ken Davidson is experienced and truely cares for your animals. Prices are extremely reasonable compared to other clinics in the area. Overall an amazing service.

Leaving my dog here was such a traumatic experience for myself and my family. It was deeply upsetting and I don't think I can remember ever being spoken to as rudely and angrily as I was by the woman who runs it. My dog was underweight and skittish after a week, with sores and a soiled bed. I shudder to think what we didn't see and would NEVER recommend anyone putting themselves or their pet (or children - mine were in tears) though it.

The team were so friendly and kind and made the whole experience a delight for us.

Wooki has had a wonderful three weeks at Pawtails. Thank you all for caring for him so well and bringing him home clean and happy. He will definitely return.
