Talked to a rude and unhelpful woman. Insisted we must visit a vet to verify chip information and ownership before coming. Everything seemed to be an issue. Thought being a boarding kennel they would have their own chip reader...

I unfortunately left my dog here when I went abroad, within a few days I had a phone call to say my boy had escaped the previous day and they couldn’t catch him. I was unable to get home. After a few days I was told they wouldn’t try to find him any more as they didn’t have time. They also told me it wasn’t their fault as he climbed out. I have never been given a clear explanation (the story kept changing) and the owner was rude and uncaring. My boy was never found despite great efforts by locals and ourselves once we could get back, and we were left heartbroken.
