I left my 5yr old cat and 14 week old kitten at Cataway for 4 days this week for the first time. I'm super impressed with everything about Cataway. The staff are wonderful, caring and obviously love cats. They treat each fur baby as an individual, as if thier own. The accommodation is immaculate with huge windows overlooking rural/valley views. There is very big play area with everything a fur baby could want. The staff played with and brushed my fur babies daily. I was pleasantly surprised with regular updates of photos showing they were content and very well looked after. Thankyou to Melissa, Byron and all the lovely staff at Cataway for taking such amazing care of sweet Moet and crazy Frankie. I'm really happy I have found a great second home for my fur babies when I need one and can't recommend Cataway enough. 🙏 Georgina

Cat utopia - the best. The staff brilliant and the establishment one of the best. I have now left my two moggies here at least three times and am thrilled I have such a great place for my two cats so close to home. Would definitely recommend this establishment. One of the best.

Just want to say a big Thank you to Charmy Vet Hospital with a greeting card for the loss of our Snoopy dog who didn't make it to the hospital on the day but still, there is a sympathetic message toward our family at this super heartbroken stage. The staff and vetinarian were so kind and loving towards our dog fish last year. It was a difficult day for us but they made our decision a lot easier with their kind and gentle handling.
