It was the best surprise to come home from a trip down south to our beaut new patio area the finish is so nice and the design works perfectly for us to have our garden view and light high ceilings which protect us from the weather. Fantastic work done by Insular Patios & Fencing. We got elliptical aluminium screen fixed to the exterior of our kitchen splash back area in May 2016. We couldn't be more pleased with the result - it looks fantastic. It has not only provided privacy, it has also dealt with excessive sunlight into our kitchen. The quality of the fencing provided by Insular Patios & Fencing is excellent. The team are great, prompt, helpful and do the job on time. Also included is pool fencing. Ross & Karen say they were very impressed with the professionalism and high-quality work of Andrew and his team. Ross & Karen says it is essential that the builder is proactive in problem-solving difficult renovations especially with older homes and they have been fortunate to have engaged with ARC Building and Carpentry for over 5 years. From extensions to renovations, Andrew and his team are professional builders and talented craftsmen. Ross & Karen had some structural issues that arose on a couple of occasions but ARC resolved them without incurring any extra costs.
