Brad, sam, josh & all the trades that work in with bathroom brilliance were exceptional. They converted my leaking old floor in laundry & combined a new shower to serve all the needs. The best thing is that Steve owns the business and does the work himself, so he makes sure the workmanship is top notch. Uses quality Stratco products. Steve knew exactly what we wanted and agreed to some last minute changes without question. The quote was way better than the "big" operators for this job, probably because a business like Pelican Patios does not have the huge overhead costs.
