We live in Sydney and have a rental property in Townsville which was damaged in the floods. Finding a builder was tricky , as we had to do everything remotely. We were given Lukes number and he took on the job. I could not believe his efficiency , communication skills, professionalism. He undertook the whole job liaising with contractors and real estate agents etc. he kept in touch daily with photos , emails etc. His workmanship was outstanding. I can honestly say I have never had such an efficient tradesman ! Id even fly him down to Sydney !!
