We have used Bang do Ya Buck (BYB) Armidale twice, and would 100% recommend their services. The team at BYB are friendly, efficient and easy to work with. We requested short notice carpet clean for a end of lease and they managed to fit us in, hassle free.

You meet and greet the person and book the day with them to clean a small apartment. The day arrives, no phone call, they decided not to turn up on the first day. They don't contact you why they can't make it. Very unprofessional, I thought, especially being their first day. When I contacted the person again we re-booked for the following Monday. Monday arrives, they decided once again not to turn up. Received a text message, not a phone call, to discuss a different day (as they wanted to change it for a Tuesday.) I requested Monday or a Friday - I compromised to have Monday . It all seems too hard. Very unprofessional, unreliable and very disappointing.
