Highly recommend from start to finish he kept the same friendly manner (even when we changed things it didn't matter to Nick.) With a great eye for detail and always thinking about the job and how he can get you the absolute,best outcome.Nick's pricing was really reasonable and fair and that is really hard to find in this day and age.We used Nick for all our renovation work,not just our two bathrooms and his knowledge was invaluable and the other trades he referred us to were friendly and helpful and knew their jobs.We didn't know Nick before we contacted him through localsearch. I rarely find a tradesman I would refer,but I couldn't let the great work Nick had done go without singing his praises and hopefully helping someone else who might be struggling to get a good builder.Ring Nick,you will be glad you did. If you are looking for a builder in the Wurtulla, Currimundi and Caloundra areas, don't go past Jeremy at Flatley Construction. He is very professional and his carpentry skills and workmanship are excellent. I had Jeremy renovate our house converting one bathroom into two and an addition of a fourth bedroom. The renovations were perfect and within budget. I later got Jeremy back to do some modifications to the carport as I knew he was a builder I could trust. I highly recommend Flatley Construction for any building work.
