Townsend Construction NQ have just completed our second project in less than 12 months. The quoting process was extremely smooth and Ricky provided us with a detailed break-down of costings in a swift timeframe, which enabled us to make a decision quickly that we wanted him to be our builder. Throughout the two projects, Ricky has been extremely communicative, providing regular updates on key milestones. He possesses great attention to detail which results in a quality build. Our projects required additional trades such as roofing plumbers and electricians and Ricky has a team of excellent tradespeople supporting his work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ricky and Townsend Construction NQ for any renovation projects in the future. He is well-qualified, switched on, open, friendly and fast all attributes that you want in a builder.

My brother and I wanted to do a surprise bathroom renovation for our parents while they were away for 2 weeks and Ricky and his team were happy to help. In less then two weeks they had turned a large water-damaged bathroom into a fantastic new space to suit a large family. The workmanship was fantastic and the pricing was competitive. So glad we followed up on a friend's recommendation to go with Townsend Carpentry. We had put our bathroom reno off for years, thinking it would be too much to organise.. in the end, just handed over the keys, went to work and before we knew it..sorted.. a gorgeous new bathroom! The whole team are professional, friendly and helpful and the process and costings are explained clearly upfront. Totally recommend these guys if you are shopping around!

Having made an insurance claim and being told we had to redo our bathroom first Ricky and his team were recommended as the builders to go to if you wanted a top notch job at a realistic price.....and we were definitely NOT disappointed. Ricky and the boys went over and above to give the best job they could and involved us every step of the way. Living out of Townsville made it more difficult for them but not once did they show it, never waivering in their enthusiasm or attention to detail, always putting in more than 110% in every area. We can not recommend them highly enough for their reliability, promptness, attention to detail, cost effectiveness, friendliness, professionalism, cleanliness, helpfulness...the list goes on and on. You would be mad if you didn't AT LEAST invite Ricky to give you a quote and talk to you about your project....we're so glad we did and will definitely be lining them up for any work we need done in the future!

We first consulted Gaspen with very vague renovation plans, however Shaun patiently guided us with his expertise and creative ideas and we ended up with a beautiful home that far surpassed our expectations. Shaun has an eye for detail and very high standards of workmanship for all of his trades, which is clearly evident in the finished product. Not only was he supportive, respectful, patient and professional but he turned up every single day with a smile on his face and a sincerity and sense of humour that never fails to put you at ease. We remained living in our home while renovating so were initially dreading the chaos and uncertainty, however it turned out to be a positive and fun experience, all because of Shaun’s wonderful leadership and constant can do attitude. Shaun is a guy of very high integrity and will restore your faith in not only tradies, but people in general. We cannot speak highly enough of Gaspen and without any hesitation, would 100% recommend them.
