Nate arrived on time every day, kept the work area clean and was always respectful of our home. Communication was excellent throughout the project - I was kept informed of progress and any decisions that needed to be made. When we encountered an unexpected issue with the old framework, Nate came up with a creative solution that actually improved the original design. We also needed new windows installed but no glaziers would come out to measure. I told Nate and he said "don't stress about it, I'll measure and install them."
