My husband, Roger and I made a mistake in hiring this company with a verbal contract, not a written one. As it is a local company and we are pensioners living in a caravan park we were trusting. We have a manufactured home in Ballina. We paid Rob the builder $30,000.00 in cash money to renovate our bathroom and to do an extension on our home. We do not have any problems with the room extension, however, we have heaps of problems with our bathroom. We have wall panelling and plumbing problems leaking into another room. The work was done nearly 3 years ago and we have made various calls to Rob constantly during that period, but to no avail. He has never ever come to our aid. BEWARE CONSUMERS!!!
