Peter and Carl recently restyled an existing verandah amongst other restoration work for me. I cannot speak highly enough of their work ethics…outstanding. The quality of work excellent. Highly recommended.

Peter snd Carl just finished building our new, longer deck . We just don’t know ourselves with such a beautiful extended amenity to our house. Communication is top notch and when they say they are coming they do. Truthful and professional work . Check their tradespeople’s work and rectify before you even notice. Can’t recommend their work enough. Thanks so much Peter and Carl !

Peter and Carl were fantastic. They totally remodelled our house both inside and out. Great attention to detail and were able to repair some quite poor pieces of building work dating from the 90's. Great work ethic and no problem seemed too difficult. The remodelled stairs are a dream and the new retaining wall/driveway has made such a difference. These guys are worth the wait time if you are thinking of any size project, excellent communication and just top value service.

Peter and Carl recently built a new retaining wall at my elderly father's house. The old wall was starting to fail. The wall they built is excellent and looks fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of work done. Their service was excellent and their workmanship top notch. Great job!!!

Peter and his team built us a brand new retaining wall this week. I can’t say this enough, they were incredibly hard working, reliable and kind to my little family. They went above and beyond when they found out my family had been going through a tough time. Peter and his team are really genuine guys who get the job done to the highest standard and I would highly recommend them for any work you need done around your place. We will definitely be calling on them for future projects. Thanks again guys!

Peter and Carl gave us a hand with a fiddley rotting post problem we had on our front veranda. What we got was far more than a repair. Our balcony is now modernised, and more aesthetically pleasing, harmonising with the rest of the house. Thank you Peter and Carl!

Peter Whelan Building Services

This is the second review for Peter Whelan Building Services that we are happy to provide as we were so impressed with our first project that we got him back. Peter and his team built a new room for us. Wow, what a huge difference it has made to our home. Peter managed the whole project from start to finish. Peter only works with trades who share his own personal high standards and ethics, where quality of work, value for money, clean, tidy and respectful workers are paramount. I feel it only fair that the following trades also get a mention. The electrics were done by – Mick Neill, the Gyp-rock guys – Neil Hayter, superb work what a finish, well impressed. Peter is always very polite and courteous, works with his customers to reach their aspirations. I can only wish him well in the future. It has been a very pleasant experience working with Peter and his team. If you want a reliable, honest family guy to carry out any works, look no further!

I phoned Peter Whelan Building Services about a small job that had challenges with asbestos. Peter answered the phone and listened to my problem. Within 30 minutes I was contacted by the tradesman for the job. We met that day and agreed how we would go forward. What a great experience. Experienced trades people at each step and responsive service. It all started with one call to Peter.

We would just like to say how very happy we are with the work we had done, carried out by Builder Peter Whelan. What I liked about Peter is that he has a wealth of knowledge having been in the trade for many years but is not a pushy sales type. We had an internal wall taken out, Peter explained the job very clearly with our options and worked with us to achieve what we had in mind. We found Peter and his workers very polite and tidy workers who know how to deliver good customer service, a rare commodity these days! We had minimum inconvenience and are delighted with the result. We would highly recommend Peter and his team for anyone wanting a quality job done. So much so that we have got Peter back for another project.

Peter came over to quote some work needed on my property and we found him to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. In our interactions with him thus far, we could tell he takes pride in his work and has a wealth of experience.

Asked Peter about a particular inspection. It was not the sort of work he does, but he patiently explained how to resolve our inspection issues and was very knowledgeable about how to go about it.

Nail It Carpentry And Windows Pty Ltd

Need woodwork?

Carpentry, my friends, is not just a trade—it's a craft. Found bustling about our humble Central Coast are these artisans of wood, the unsung heroes of construction—carpenters.

These busy bees don't give it all away in their job title. Sure, they're wizards with woodworking, but that's just one part of a bigger picture. Carpenters also wear several other hats – framing houses as easily as popping toast out of a toaster, laying floors sturdy enough to weather an elephant stampede, and crafting furniture that you'd swear belonged in palaces—and all before morning smoko on Monday!

Fitted with belts laden with an orchestra of tools, they go about their day hammering here and nailing there. They sporadically flit between masterpiece sketches and daunting architectural plans—a visual composition of what lies ahead.

Ever noticed the 'bones' that make up your cosy nook or office cubicle? Well, hands down that’s our carpenters' fine handiwork—they frame buildings like Picasso painted canvases! Next time you admire those rafters or wall studs, think about the craftsmanship behind it.

You'll never catch a carpenter resting on their laurels—quite the opposite! When not swallowed up by large projects like adding extensions to houses or restoring heritage buildings back to their former glory, they're tackling more nuanced tasks. This may include inspecting structures for damage (be it gnarly old homes or shiny new offices), ensuring nothing's fallen off the wagon structural-wise.

In essence, carpenters serve as both creators and keepers—the brains behind new structures and guardians against unwelcome rot or pests.

So if you happen across someone perched atop scaffolding around Central Coast—tape measure in one hand and sawdust flying from the other—you’re seeing a maestro at work. Offering up a nod wouldn't go astray; after all, they're working tirelessly crafting smiles on people's faces through their extraordinarily unassuming art.
