I called John from RV Central on a Thursday afternoon regarding our damaged awning, which occurred the previous day. We took our van in on Friday for it to be assessed and we're advised a replacement awning was needed. The following Wednesday the new awning had arrived and fitted. The staff, Ian and Debbie, were the most helpful people I have come across during our travel. 10/10 for customer service and speedy and professional installation. Thank you so much for your help and getting us back on the road for us to enjoy the rest of our journey. Don't hesitate to call RV Central when in need for your caravans need. Well done guys.
