Talk about Graeme and all the staff demonstrating their care for the customer, attentiveness, knowledgeable, listeners and humble as we figured out a couple of issues why my caravan wasn't towing efficiently over the course of a couple of visits. They helped me out again today and went the extra mile fitting me in which corrected the issue perfectly. So refreshing and restores one faith that honest and humble dedicated people are still around. Its true what they say, when there are great leaders, they attract and are surrounded by like minded beings. Thank You, Thank You and Thank You.

Whilst no other repair facility here could find the time to fit me in with an emergency power problem, Andrew responded positively after just one phone call and booked me in straight away for a proper assessment...followed by major repairs! We have used demsters many times over the past few years. We discovered a leak 2 days befor Christmas and (after some insurance work) and dispite being closed for Christmas the came to our house to try and help with the problem. Further investigation revealed that it wasn’t their work the fixed the problem. We will not use any other caravan company in Bundy.
