Disgusting service, they had a van in their yard on consignment, we had already done the deal with the owner. We went in to let them know we were purchasing the van & to put a deposit on it. We were taken outside the office & then told we couldn’t put a deposit on the van, also they said they couldn’t guarantee they wouldn’t sell the van to someone else, even though the owner & us had agreed on the sale. Short story is we waited 4 weeks to finally pick the van up, when we picked the van up, not one person bothered to come out & assist us. The owner came over to our place to show us all the features and how to operate everything. The owner asked if we received the vans manual & all the other information he had left in the van for the new owner, we said , no, there was nothing in the van, they also removed the bedding & had damaged the wall in the kitchen with a huge hole in it. The owner was not happy. Very poor customer service, will never recommend this business to anyone.

Roadking Caravans did an insurance job for us last year and the service was way above every that we had expected. Reliable and very prompt at getting our girl back on the road thanks so much.
