We were having problems with water tanks on Crusader Caravan. Although one tank was full, water was still trying to get in, on mains pressure. Rang Full Moti, and spoke to Jody, told her of problem, and we were at Emu Park. She checked book, and said Moti could be there between 2 and 3pm that afternoon. He rang at 2 30pm, and said he was on his way. Turned up not long after, fixed problem, and at reasonable cost. Many thanks Moti. Would highly recomend. George & Cheryl.
We just had to say another big thank you to the awesome team at Jayco Mackay for helping us out with our new home on wheels ! After a let down by another team, Matt and his team were happy to help, and get us out in our new van before christmas ! Although they are a 4.5 hour drive away.. I will be bringing the van back for its servicing here every time ! Thanks again guys !
Do not trust them with your van. My van Newlands van, that was purchased from them was booked in for a week. During that time they needed to replace a water damaged wall (due to shower not being sealed correctly), repair a window (at my expense) that I spoke to them about on 2 occasions and a list of warranty items. After 11 days they attempted to fix the wall but the repair job was poor quality workmanship, did nothing about the window and most items on the list they claimed no problem. I have since provided photo/video proof to Concept and the dealer. I have offered 2 days to fix everything but they want 2 days just to fix their poor quality attempt to fix the wall. I live fulltime in the van and can't afford another motel stay
